Meditation Guide

This is where we get to tune in to our bodies, energy centers, emotions, and channels of awareness.

If you’ve ever thought that you “can’t” Meditate, this section is for you. I relate to this so much. Before my experience with Guided Meditation, I felt the same way. I can gently guide you through meditations with visualizations, body awareness, and safety, to help you build a strong meditation practice that is truly life-changing. There truly is nothing like the practice of Meditation to bring you into the present moment… where truth is. Especially when we elevate this practice with Somatics.

Somatic Meditation is where we truly tune into the body to be with what is true for us right now. Let’s explore…

Mobile Energy Healing Session

This is a session where I come to you. All you need is a space for me to set up my table and instruments (including sound bowls). I’ll do the rest. This offering requires a phone call first. Appx. 1.5 hrs. (can go over depending)

Price: $222

Energy Healing Session

In this session we will get to the root of the issue, relax and release energies that don’t belong to you and blockages. Sound Healing is included in this session. Appx. 1 hr. but can go over, depending.

Price: $175

Mobile Group Sound Healing

For this class, I come to you, and I will cater to your needs as a group. 5 person minimum required. I will design this class for your particular group, and add Reiki and/or Meditation as needed. Let’s chat!

    This class is designed to upgrade employee productivity and focus by bringing calm energy and relaxation to the body and mind through meditation practices weekly. I will gently guide you a powerful yet relaxing meditation. Can be designed according to your needs.

  • $65 per 1hr. session

    Do you feel the need to explore what is holding you back or keeping you isolated and disconnected? Do you find yourself questioning your decisions or trajectory? Let's explore exercises for empowerment and calm energy to help you succeed. There is much to explore here. Book a private session with Amy.

  • Sound has the unique ability to help us tap into the unconscious mind, evoke calmness and clarity, release stuck energies, and so much more. I create safe spaces, designed with you in mind, and I come to you. Let's explore. 5-person minimum.

  • $250

    Book a private monthly group Sound Journey for your staff. This is designed for stress relief and relaxation. Tapping into the unconscious mind for clarity, creativity, and so much more.

  • $125

    In person Somatic Session sessions.

    One-on-one Somatic Therapeutic Sessions to tap into the body, body-responses, trauma triggers, and create more space within. I am trauma-informed to keep you safe while doing this work. This is very intentional and sacred work, I will require an application for entry to this work.

  • $250

    In this session, we go gently and safely into a Somatic Therapeutic session and end with Reiki and Sound. This is powerful and intentional work. I will require an application for these sessions.

  • Mobile (I come to you) $250

    You come to me $225

    These sessions are designed for relaxation and stress relief that you can carry with you in your daily life (if you so choose). We will clear out any energy blockages and clear the Auric field. This session ends with sound therapy.
