This is where we get to tune in to our bodies, energy centers, emotions, and channels of awareness.
If you’ve ever thought that you “can’t” Meditate, this section is for you. I relate to this so much. Before my experience with Guided Meditation, I felt the same way. I can gently guide you through meditations with visualizations, body awareness, and safety, to help you build a strong meditation practice that is truly life-changing. There truly is nothing like the practice of Meditation to bring you into the present moment… where truth is. Especially when we elevate this practice with Somatics.
Somatic Meditation is where we truly tune into the body to be with what is true for us right now. Let’s explore…
Mobile Energy Healing Session
I’ll bring the healing experience to you. Perfect for the comfort of your own home or a private space of your choice. All you need is room for me to set up my table and instruments (sound bowls included if desired), and I’ll take care of the rest.
We’ll begin with a brief phone consultation to understand your needs and intentions, ensuring the session is tailored just for you. Each session lasts approximately 90 minutes, allowing plenty of time for deep release, restoration, and integration.
Price: $222
Energy Healing Session
This deeply restorative session is designed to help you release what no longer serves you-whether it’s stress, emotional weight, or stagnant energy that isn’t truly yours. Using a combination of Reiki (a hands-on energy balancing practice) and sound healing, we work together to clear blockages, support your body’s natural healing, and invite in peace, clarity, and alignment. Each session lasts about an hour, though we may go a little longer if needed. Your comfort and well-being are my priority.
Investment: $175
Somatic Healing Sessions
Release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom. Somatic Healing uses gentle, guided practices to help you notice and unwind the ways your body holds stress, emotion, and old patterns. Together, we create a safe and trauma-informed space for you to process and release what you’ve been carrying, so you can feel lighter, calmer, and more grounded in your daily life. There is much to explore here.
Sessions are approximately 60 minutes and may include breathwork, mindful movement, guided awareness, and sound healing. And maybe even some homework.

Somatic Coaching
A deeper dive into your embodied experience. Somatic Coaching bridges the gap between where you are now and the life you want to live-through your body. In these sessions, we’ll work with your sensations, emotions, and nervous system patterns to create real sustainable change.
You’ll leave each session with personalized practices and tools to help you navegate challenges, build resilience, and step into a more authentic, connected version of yourself. These are trauma-informed collaborative sessions designed to empower your own healing and growth.

Mobile Group Sound Healing
I’ll bring the Sound Journey to you- perfect for gatherings, retreats, or special events. These private group sessions are customized to your unique needs, blending sound healing with Reiki and/or guided meditation as desired. Minimum of five participants required. Let’s connect and design a deeply restorative experience for your group.
Investment: $45 per person

Somatic Work With Amy
Your body remembers-every joy, every loss, every moment it’s had to hold more than it should. Somatic work is the practice of listening to those stories, unwinding the tension they’ve left behind, and creating space for something new to grow.
Through a fully trained, trauma-informed approach, I guide you into a deeper relationship with your body’s wisdom. We work with breath, movement, guided awareness, and sound to shift patterns that words alone can’t always reach.
Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, healing from old wounds, or a pathway into a more vibrant and authentic life, these sessions meet you where you are and move at a pace your nervous system can trust.

Explore if this work is right for you. This 30-minute call is a chance for you to shift or heal. We’ll talk about the different ways I can support you-whether through Somatic Healing, Coaching, or a blended approach-and see if we’re a good fit to work together.

One-on-one Somatic Therapeutic Sessions to tap into the body, body-responses, trauma triggers, and create more space within. I am trauma-informed to keep you safe while doing this work. This is very intentional and sacred work, I will require an application for entry to this work.

These sessions are designed for relaxation and stress relief that you can carry with you in your daily life (if you so choose). We will clear out any energy blockages and clear the Auric field. This session ends with sound therapy.
