Meditation
This is where we get to tune in to our bodies, energy centers, emotions, and channels of awareness.
If you’ve ever thought that you “can’t” Meditate, this section is for you. I relate to this so much. Before my experience with Guided Meditation, I felt the same way. I can gently guide you through meditations with visualizations, body awareness, and safety, to help you build a strong meditation practice that is truly life-changing. There truly is nothing like the practice of Meditation to bring you into the present moment… where truth is. Especially when we elevate this practice with Somatics.
Somatic Meditation is where we truly tune into the body to be with what is true for us right now.
Mobile Energy Healing Session
I’ll bring the healing experience to you. Perfect for the comfort of your own home or a private space of your choice. All you need is room for me to set up my table and instruments (sound bowls included if desired), and I’ll take care of the rest.
We’ll begin with a brief phone consultation to understand your needs and intentions, ensuring the session is tailored just for you. Each session lasts approximately 90 minutes, allowing plenty of time for deep release, restoration, and integration.

Energy Healing Session
This deeply restorative session is designed to help you release what no longer serves you-whether it’s stress, emotional weight, or stagnant energy that isn’t truly yours. Using a combination of Reiki (a hands-on energy balancing practice) and sound healing, we work together to clear blockages, support your body’s natural healing, and invite in peace, clarity, and alignment. Each session lasts about an hour, though we may go a little longer if needed. Your comfort and well-being are my priority.
Investment: $175
Somatic Work
Your body is constantly communicating through sensation, emotion, posture, breath, tension, and impulse.
Somatic work creates space to slow down and listen. Through gentle, trauma-informed practices, we explore what your body and nervous system are holding while building greater capacity for regulation, connection, choice, and change.
Sessions may also incorporate breath, movement, sound, meditation, and energy work when appropriate.
Embodied Business Coaching
You don’t have to build your business by overriding yourself.
Business Coaching with me brings together practical strategy with the deeper work underneath: how you show up, make decisions, receive money, hold visibility, set boundaries, and grow.
We’ll work with the actual business in front of you-while also noticing the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
This is business strategy without leaving your body out of the conversation.
Mobile Group Sound Healing
I’ll bring the Sound Journey to you- perfect for gatherings, retreats, or special events. These private group sessions are customized to your unique needs, blending sound healing with Reiki and/or guided meditation as desired. Minimum of five participants required. Let’s connect and design a deeply restorative experience for your group.
Investment: $45 per person

Somatic Work With Amy
Your body remembers-every joy, every loss, every moment it’s had to hold more than it should. Somatic work is the practice of listening to those stories, unwinding the tension they’ve left behind, and creating space for something new to grow.
Through a fully trained, trauma-informed approach, I guide you into a deeper relationship with your body’s wisdom. We work with breath, movement, guided awareness, and sound to shift patterns that words alone can’t always reach.
Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, healing from old wounds, or a pathway into a more vibrant and authentic life, these sessions meet you where you are and move at a pace your nervous system can trust.

This class is designed to upgrade employee productivity and focus by bringing calm energy and relaxation to the body and mind through meditation practices weekly. I will gently guide you a powerful yet relaxing meditation. Can be designed according to your needs.

In person Somatic Session sessions.
One-on-one Somatic Therapeutic Sessions to tap into the body, body-responses, trauma triggers, and create more space within. I am trauma-informed to keep you safe while doing this work. This is very intentional and sacred work, I will require an application for entry to this work.

In this session, we go gently and safely into a Somatic Therapeutic session and end with Reiki and Sound. This is powerful and intentional work. I will require an application for these sessions.

These sessions are designed for relaxation and stress relief that you can carry with you in your daily life (if you so choose). We will clear out any energy blockages and clear the Auric field. This session ends with sound therapy.
