Somatics and Sound for Kids is a playful, mindful space where children can move, breathe, and listen in ways that connect them to their bodies and emotions. Through gentle movement, meditation, and sound journeys, kids learn tools for self-awareness, calm, and joy. These classes are designed to help children feel safe, grounded, and free to express themselves — all while having fun.

Sound journeys invite kids to rest, imagine, and feel the healing power of vibration. Using crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle rhythms, we create a soothing space where children can relax, dream, and connect to their inner world. These soundscapes spark creativity and give kids a safe way to find peace and presence.

Mindful movement

Mindful movement helps kids explore the language of their bodies in a safe and playful way. Through stretching, flowing, and fun somatic-inspired exercises, children learn how to release tension, explore emotions, and find balance. These gentle practices build resilience, body awareness, and confidence — skills they can carry into every part of life.

meditation & Sound

Meditation gives children a gentle way to quiet their minds, breathe deeply, and discover their inner calm. In this class, kids are guided through age-appropriate mindfulness practices- learning how to focus on their breath, notice their thoughts and feelings, and let their bodies rest. After practicing simple meditation techniques, children are invited to lay back and enjoy a full soundbath experience. Crystal bowls, chimes, and soft percussion create a soothing soundscape that helps release stress and encourage relaxation, and spark imagination.

Crafts & Music

Kids explore their creativity through fun, hands-on art projects and then shift into playful group music-making with drums, chimes, and other instruments. This class encourages self-expression, focus, and confidence while bringing joy through art and sound.
